CENTURY 21 Rasmussen Co., Inc. located at 116th and Meridian
Street in Carmel, Indiana. Over the years when many Real
Estate Companies closed or merged their office with other
companies, Larry has been extremely successful and continues
to grow CENTURY 21 Rasmussen Co., Inc. - "The Little
White House" on
the corner of Meridian and 116th street.
Larry enjoyed his best year
in 2005 assisting more than 65 clients with the sale
or purchase of over $30 million in residential property.
Yet, despite the fact that he remains a hands-on sales
associates, this spirited broker and owner of CENTURY
21 Rasmussen Co., Inc. continues to find time for his
family and the local Easter Seals organization. CENTURY
21 Rasmussen Co., Inc. has raised more than $520,000.00
for Easter Seals since 1994. The money benefits local
citizens at the Crossroads Rehabilitation Facility. CENTURY
21 Rasmussen Co., Inc. had been named the #3 Century
21 franchise nationally for contributions raised.
Larry, as an individual and
office won The National Grand Centurion Award, which
honors offices with an elite level of properties closed.
In addition, the office was awarded the National Quality
Service Award ~ meaning more than 90% of clients expressed
satisfaction with their CENTURY 21 Rasmussen Co., Inc.

Larry and his company continue
to keep up with the technical side of the industry which
greatly benefits his clients. He uses the iPIX virtual

personal level, Larry's business has never been stronger.
Since joining the industry in 1978, he has sold over
$450 Million Dollars of residential real estate. A specialist
in new construction, he represents several of the area's
finest builders and developers ~ over 20- years experience.
He also continues to sharpen his expertise in assisting
corporate buyers and sellers throughout Indianapolis,
working with clients in the upper scale price ranges.
Larry has been in the "Top 20" Indianapolis
